    Troubleshooting Tips

I’ve created some jobs but they’re stuck in queue and machines won’t launch

When you’ve gone through all of the above setup steps and have submitted your jobs successfully but don’t see any machines active, this is usually due to the limit set in your AWS account. You will have to request a specific number of vCPU for a given region. To calculate this, you can compare the maximum number of instances in your computing groups.
You can learn more about this in the AWS vCPU Service Limits tutorial.
